e-Volve, LLC Business Strategist & Consultants
Founder, CEO, and Chief Director of Business Services, Latonja L. (Dickerson) Saffold, realized there was a need to help individuals looking to start or expand their respective small businesses. To better organize, strategize, and serve as a resource to what she thought at the time was a small demographic, in September of 2006 Saffold incorporated e-Volve, LLC (e-Volve). The goal at that time was to aid stakeholders in aligning thinking to next-level success, by beginning with the end in mind.
In 2022 e-Volve, partnered with LThree, Edit Melo, and Delau as part of an expansion initiative to better meet the needs of the post-pandemic clientele. In July 2023 Saffold decided it was time to relaunch e-Volve, this time committing to working as an entrepreneur full-time
Currently, e-Volve’s clients range from small, less than 20 entities, to medium, 100-employee organizations and businesses, non-profit and profit - in the medical, behavioral health, real estate, sales, insurance, trucking, and technical industries. As part of the relaunch, Saffold expanded e-Volve’s ideology to aid stakeholders in aligning thinking to next-level success, embracing the idea that defining success is relative.

Latonja's academic journey laid a solid foundation for her exceptional career, holding a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Tennessee State University. Her academic achievements mirror her commitment to excellence, setting the stage for a career marked by accomplishments in organizational mergers, combinations, and the implementation of cutting-edge software solutions.
As a task-oriented and self-directed professional, Latonja excels in designing and implementing end-to-end learning strategies. Her unique skill set is showcased in her proficiency in leveraging contemporary leadership development models and technologies, demonstrating innovative solutions that set her apart in the industry.
Latonja's expertise extends across diverse areas, including change management, diversity initiatives, leadership development, and high-potential development programs. With roles as a training manager and training project manager, she has demonstrated her ability to lead and manage complex initiatives with finesse.
